Temple route
One reaching Budigere town, take right from the main road, it will look like a narrow road and then broad road, close to 3-4 kms from Budigere town, and then left turn from the main road to get into Kaggalahalli, there wont be any sign board, since this temple is very famous, any one will guide you to the temple.
