This temple situated in Domlur layout, off old airport road, is perhaps the only Sun Temple in Karnataka, built by the Reddy's who own vast property in Domlur. The road itself is named Patel Rama Reddy Road after the owners.

The Temple has an entrance with the stupa rising way into the sky, and the architecture is distinctly of the chola style made of granite. The interior houses the Sun God believed to have been brought from Badrinath which is the main diety. There are all the other dieties from Shiva, Navagraha, Shani and is a one-stop temple for worshippers. The premises are kept in excellent condition and spotlessly clean - it is a marvel structure and a place where one can sit for hours and meditate. A place of divine beauty.
